Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the Eirvo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Platform: EIRVO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (20 Harcourt Street, Dublin) operates as an intermediary, bidding-based technology platform bridging interactions between independent, fully licensed SPSV operators and registered passengers.

3. Account Compliance: Creating an account does not grant immediate operational access. All driver accounts are placed in a pending state until comprehensive manual background and licensing verifications are completed via admin.eirvo.ie.

4. Bidding & Fare Structures: Fares on Eirvo are established via a direct bidding mechanism. Once a fixed fare is finalized, it constitutes a binding agreement for that journey. Cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. NTA Compliance: All users must adhere to the regulations set forth by the National Transport Authority (NTA) of Ireland.

6. User Conduct: Eirvo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or illegal behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability: Eirvo is not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of service provided by independent drivers, to the maximum extent permitted by Irish law.
